State Library Story

Completed in December 2019, the Vision 2020 redevelopment project breathed new life into State Library Victoria. ICN Victoria played a vital role in this significant transformation by facilitating connections between the project and Victorian suppliers.

Marking this major anniversary isn’t just about celebrating our past but reflecting on what’s still to come. And ICN Victoria is well-placed to build on our strong heritage in the years ahead.

By 2050, Victoria will likely be home to more than ten million people, with eight million living in Melbourne. It’ll be an increasingly technologically driven future and there’ll be a strong opportunity to renew our sovereign industrial capability and maintain Victoria’s status as the home of Australian innovation.

ICN Victoria is well-placed to continue playing a pivotal role in Victoria’s future economic growth. We will continue to help drive economic activity at a local level, for more jobs and a stronger supply chain.

For decades to come, we’ll have a vital role to play in enabling local businesses and workers to drive progress boosting prosperity and productivity for Victoria.
